Just got home from Saskatoon and finished unloading a few minutes ago. We're done the getting married part, and now we've started the being married part.

Is anyone else getting nervous, excited, can't sleep antisipatory… Well I am all the above. I cannot wait for the day to arrive and I am having trouble sleeping. Where is Morgan and her Gravol when you need her. Anyway, only a week left and I am already beaming. I just wanted to thank everyone for helping, it is greatly appreciated and I really couldn't have done this without you. Tonight is the stag & stagette and I cannot wait. Again with the not sleeping. Well, I am off and running. See you all in one week and counting.
At the present time, we are enjoying wintering in Qualicum Beach BC.. We are housesitting for a gentleman who is in Palm Springs, CA.. We are having fun socializing with everyone that we have met over the years since we have been coming out here.
Today is Saturday and the sun is shining. It's been raining quite a bit, but it's winter. They get the rain and Sask gets the snow. We like the rain better and it's warm here. The trees are starting to bud and the grass is green.
We are looking forward to seeing you next month at your Big Day. Happy (Belated) Birthday Sam. Hope it was a good one.

I only managed to upload 26 of the 91 photos I took at Grandma and Grampa's 50th when I first started doing it. After 26 I just couldn't stand it anymore.

Our current roommate Sarah has a boyfriend moving in in September. Either Sarah, her boyfriend, or her mother (who owns the condo) have decided that “it would be better if they lived alone.” So, we're moving out at the end of September.
We've already found a house to share with Brian. It's a 2 story, 3 bedroom house in the Bridlewood area of Calgary (See picture). Our applications have been accepted and we're going to see the landlords on Monday to look over and sign the lease.
There will be a house warming party soon enough.
For those who are interested. Taiya is now 14lbs 3oz and 25 3/4 inches long. Getting bigger every day. I have a few new pics as well that I am posting in the photo gallery.

I am now officially unofficially done school.
I say officially because I completed and defended my Master's thesis at the beginning of June. I completed the requested revision to my thesis 1 week later, and have everything submitted to the proper places. I say unofficial because I haven't recieved any response from those people who recieved the proper documentation. I also have a paper for journal publication that I promised I would complete before I left the realm of academia.
I any case, I'm now living in Calgary with Cara. I have a new phone number in Calgary, just hit Read More to see it and my address here.
And yes, you may begin calling me Master at any time.
I hope this is the last time for quite a while.
We bought a house in the Tuxedo area of Winnipeg. Very nice area with trees that make a canopy over the street and some $1,000,000plus houses on the same block. Its just 4 street over from the big park (Assiniboine) with the zoo and conservatory. Ours is a story and three-quarters with a single attached garage that I get to make into a double with a room over-top this summer. I'll post some pictures when I have time.
